Shipping Guidelines

Orders typically ship 1-2 business days after purchase. We ship products three times a week. Cut off time for purchase to be a part of next ship date is 5pm CST. We offer three shipping days to try to get your order to you as soon as possible, but also to keep our friendly letter carrier in our good graces.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking included.

Shipping Option

We ship USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail typically arrives within 2-3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated by weight but are a flat rate in all zones. In your shopping cart, you can calculate shipping and chose which option you’d like depending on the speed of shipment required.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for orders $50.00 or more. Free shipping is only available for shipments in the US and is applied automatically. No coupon code necessary.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 120 days of the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order. Refunds may come in the form of a store credit via gift card or a refund to the card you originally paid with. Please contact and include name, order number, and give brief detail as to why you were not satisfied with your purchase. This will begin the return authorization process.

We ask that you please return the remaining product back to us. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please make sure to request a tracking number. We are not responsible for any returns lost during transit.

Damage Products

If any part of your order arrives damaged, please submit a photo to no later than 3 days after delivery. Damage claims are eligible replacement (if applicable), store credit or full refund. If the box arrives visibly damaged, please snap a photo of that as well, so we can work on improving shipping methods and make a claim with the letter carrier.

Any damage claims after the 3-day window will be denied as we cannot validate the claim.


Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. We suggest that you return your item to receive a store credit to put towards your purchase.
